3. Payments

  • All project prices are agreed before work begins.

  • Payments made are non-refundable once the project has started.

  • Delays or issues caused by incomplete details from the client may affect delivery time.

4. Project Requirements

  • Clients must provide correct details, such as business information, content, and preferences, at the start of the project.

  • Clear instructions help us deliver exactly what you need.

  • If extra features or changes outside the original agreement are requested, additional charges may apply.

5. Revisions & Delivery

  • Revisions are included to ensure the project matches the agreed instructions.

  • Major changes beyond the original scope will require a new agreement or extra payment.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the type of service and the information provided.

6. Ownership & Rights

  • After full payment, the completed website or service belongs to the client.

  • BUYANYWEBSITE.COM may display completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

  • Platforms we work with (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.) may have their own separate terms that apply in addition to ours.

7. Support

  • We provide limited customer support through email and phone.

  • Ongoing updates, hosting, or maintenance are separate services unless specifically included in the project agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • BUYANYWEBSITE.COM is responsible for providing the service as agreed.

  • However, we do not guarantee business success, sales, or rankings once the website is delivered.

  • Clients are responsible for how they use the website after delivery.

9. Updates to Terms

  • These Terms of Service may be updated at any time.

  • Continued use of our services means you agree to the latest version of these terms.
